Week 27 - Hunger Pangs!

Wowzers! 

I'm just a few days into my third trimester (week 27) and I'm starting to get hunger pangs. It's incredibly weird since it's not particularly severe - like being hungry 30 mins after eating economy rice or anything like that - but I do get really hungry maybe 3 hours after? 

I've noticed that I'm eating random stuff a lot more often like the banana cake I bought. Usually it'll last me days, but now, I'm left with only 2 pieces and it has only been 2 days since I bought it. 

I also can't help but to snack on... well actual junk food. I've been really good and avoiding too much junk food throughout my second trimester and now that I'm getting hunger pangs, I often find myself more inclined to grab something savory like chips or sweet like ice cream or soda. Maybe I should steam edamame more often just so I'd have some actual healthy snacks to snack on.

Can't wait for the doc's appointment next Monday though! Might be the time I finally know whether I'm birthing a cowboy or a cowgirl later in May :)
