Haven't had an upchuck yet - hope I'll never do - and I felt a lot better last night - last morning though, that was the worse in the entire week. Managed to eat a whole lot more than I could for the previous days. By the way, I've found that surprisingly Vicks - or to be more specific, inhaling the vapours of Vicks really helps to keep down whatever I've managed to eat. It doesn't help with the dizziness part - I'll recommend using medicated oil (a mix of eucalyptus oil, menthol, camphor, and spike lavender oil) instead - but it helps me combat that incessant nausea feeling that almost always come with the dizziness... hence, me referring to this combo symptoms as "motion sickness". Oh, and only 3 more days to go to my first doctor's appointment! Can't wait to start my daily regime of supplements...
